Dora von Duran is a beautiful 3 year old German Shepherd. (she has a small sore that's healing on her paw so to keep it clean the fosters bought her a little boot)

We are proud to introduce Dora our Explorer!   Our gorgeous black and red girl has lived a lifetime in her 3 years.  Dora hails from Taiwan.  It is well known Taiwan Rescue Dogs are gentle, kind, and get along with most all people and dogs if not all.  Hmm...felines might not be part of the equation here, not surprising if you know most Shepherds!    She is a very sound, kind, forgiving girl.  She has quite a tale to tell and she is proud of her "back story".   She had her ears cleaned and nails clipped and she wagged the whole time.  Dora is in a loving foster home with an alpha male and she puts up with it, but we think she would be happiest with another male dog who matches her temperament.  A large male, even a beagle, poodle, or any small fluff.  She is housebroken and totally crate trained.  Hey, she just said "I spent over 12 hrs. in a crate during my trans Pacific jet ride whaddya you guys think?"   But her foster also wants you to know she is fine for several hours alone in the home when they work.  Not destructive. She is very easy.  Kids are a non issue.  We just think let's start with 7+ yrs old for extra care.  Come meet our new prize!  We love her, she is so endearing.
